How to Play Super Fun 21 Blackjack
- Place a minimum bet on the table to be dealt into the game.
- The game uses one deck of cards and the dealer will deal two to all players and two to himself. Some casinos will choose to use more decks, with as many as 8 in play.
- If the dealer does not have a blackjack, players can stand, hit, split, double down or surrender and get half of their wager back.
- There is a Double Down Rescue option if players double down and are not pleased with the card they receive; they can surrender half the bet.
- The dealer must hit on soft 17.
Rule Variations and House Edge for Super Fun 21
One of the main rule variations with Super Fun 21 is that every natural blackjack hand will pay even money. Most blackjack games offer a 3:2 payout for a blackjack. There is one exception. If players get a blackjack in diamonds, they will get a 2:1 payout instead of even money. There are special payouts in the game as well for those that hold certain card combinations. These payouts will not require the placing of any side bet.
The house edge for this single deck blackjack game is 0.94%. This is quite higher than other blackjack variations, which is why it s not a popular selection for experienced players. Some casino sites will offer a double deck version of the game and this comes with a house edge of 1.30%.
Super Fun 21 is a version of Blackjack with a few extra rules added in to make it a bit different.

Super Fun 21 Blackjack Rules
The main differences between Super Fun 21 and standard Blackjack are:
• A Blackjack pays out 1 to 1 instead of 3 to 2 unless both cards are Diamonds
• A Blackjack in Diamonds pays out 2 to 1
• A player always wins if they have Blackjack, even if the Dealer has one as well
• You can Double at any time as opposed to only after your first 2 cards
• You can Surrender at any time as opposed to only after your first 2 cards
• You can Surrender after Doubling
• If you have a hand with 6 cards and a total of 20 or less, you automatically win the hand
• If you have a hand totalling 21 after 6 cards, you win the hand at 2 to 1

• You can Split a hand up to 4 times

Some versions of Super Fun 21 are played with 2 or 6 decks, the majority of online games though, including those provided by top software providers Microgaming, are played with just the 1 deck.
